On behalf of Scholz & Friends Hamburg and McDonald’s Germany Spark negotiated the music rights for ‘Non, Je Ne Regrette Rien’ by Edith Piaf.

The song was used in an ad that shows a typical family with children and dog travelling on the motorway with everybody asleep apart form the dad. When he sees a McDonald’s Drive-in sign he has a day dream of the last time the family had McDonald’s food for the entire family in the car. Despite the potential messiness and over excitement of having a McDonald’s meal in the car he also remembers how nice it tasted and gets off the motorway the very last moment.

Spark took care of all fee and contract negotiations.
