Spark was tasked to research the market for the best suitable testimonials with the greatest reach in the German population who would also emphasise quality, credibility and very important humour that LIDL is associated with.
No-one is bigger than singer and entertainer Helene Fischer. LIDL also sponsored her 2023 Cirque du Solei tour.
The other two testimonials are equally famous in their field: Barbara Schöneberger, one of Germany’s most liked TV personalities, and Max Giesinger who is well known for many iconic comedy shows over the years.
Spark negotiated all fees and drafted and negotiated all agreements on behalf of LIDL.
We also negotiated the music rights for Helene Fischer’s most successful song ‘Atemlos’ to be part of the overall campaign. The song was newly recorded as a reworked instrumental and is featured in all communication.
