Won’t Forget These Days for VELTINS
On behalf of Grabarz XTC and Veltins Spark negotiated the sync rights for the iconic 1990s song ‘Won’t Forget These Days’ by German band Fury & the Slaughterhouse.
The songs fits the storyline of the ad perfectly.
As a symbol of consistency an old wooden table is the focus of the ad. The table is not just a prop, but the emotional anchor of this loveable story, which tells of decades of laughter, tears and unforgettable moments. It brings back memories of earlier times. Because this ageing table is more than just a piece of furniture. He is a witness to countless stories: Just like the table, the friendships that were made with him have lasted a lifetime. Here they laughed, cried, quarrelled. It was danced on it, it was toasted and with each fresh Veltins lasting memories were created.
The audience accompanies a sworn group of friends through time and experiences how a fleeting look at the notches in the wood is enough to bring the past back to life. The anthem “Won’t Forget These Days” by Fury In The Slaughterhouse accurately contributes to the plot. The TV commercial is a gentle call to pick up the mobile phone, to reactivate the old contacts and finally toast together again. The story goes noticeably into depth. Thus, the complete work shows that Veltins is far more than a beer – it is an impulse generator for shared experiences and connection. The campaign credibly shows that true values do not need to be staged, but only a place where you can come together. The spot shows exactly that: real encounters, real people and memories that connect.
Spark carried out the music rights negotiations with the management of Fury & the Slaughterhouse, the record label and the music publisher.
