o2 Music Studio on Tour with Kool Savas

o2 Music Studio on Tour went live on 4 German festivals where anyone could record their rap to a beat that was provided by German rap legen Kool Savas. The prize beside the glory? A feature on one of Kool Savas songs from the upcoming album and music video.

Yako Ok from Dortmund was picked by Kool Savas as the winner of the o2 Music Studio Tour 2025.

In addition to the Kool Savas feature and a high-quality music video, Yako also wins a premium audio package with recording equipment worth over €3,000 to take his game to the next level. We won’t have to wait long for the collaborative song with the King of Rap: The track by Yako Ok and Kool Savas, complete with music video, was scheduled for release on November 14, 2025. 

The other two finalists, Saynem and Gevo, won’t go away empty-handed either: Both will receive audio equipment worth over €1,000 and, like Yako, will receive a day of support and studio time at the o2 Music Studio in Hamburg.

Spark set up the agreement for Kool Savas’ involvement on behalf of o2 Music and their agency Intermate Berlin.

As part of the tour several artists from Germany’s rap scene were invited to either do a freestyle rap or sing/rap one of their songs. Spark cleared all music sync rights on behalf of o2 Music / Intermate so that o2 Music could use the content for their social media channels. The artists included Ritter Lean, badchieff, Erda and Takt32.
