Spark brings Jimi Hendrix and Von Dutch Watches together
LONDON/LAS VEGAS – While diamonds and jewels let “Sin City” shine even brighter than it usually does, Von Dutch Watches announced the imminent launch of a new line of watches inspired by music legend Jimi Hendrix. The deal was inked at the JCK Las Vegas, the US’ biggest jewelry trade fair.
Spark Marketing Entertainment brought the two partners together and is overlooking the day-to-day project management.

2007 will see the birth of a luxury priced limited edition watch featuring Jimi Hendrix’ signature. The luxury watch is aimed at a collectors market. A mass market watch will be launched next year on a worldwide basis.
Bob Hendrix, VP of Authentic Hendrix visibly enjoyed a fantasy ride on one of Von Dutch’ legendary motorcycles, while press and retailers were busy ordering product. “Bringing Jimi and Von Dutch watches together really is the perfect match: both brands stand for freedom, passion, energy and the American dream.”

Celebrities visiting the Von Dutch Watches booth included Toni Braxton and Adrienne Curry, winner of season one “America’s next top model” and ambassadress for Von Dutch watches. Toni Braxton is currently starring in her acclaimed Las Vegas show “Revealed” and congratulated Bob on the deal.
