Kathrin Hauer-Heinemann is announced as new Account Director, Spark Marketing Entertainment in Seattle.
Kathrin Hauer-Heinemann joins the Spark Marketing Team as Account Director after leaving EMI Music Publishing Germany. At EMI MP she held the position of Senior Manager Advertising Services and was responsible for the development of new business solutions and strategic brand partnerships. She oversaw the advertising services including rights clearances and music consulting for global advertising campaigns.
As a Project Director for the IP-TV and Web TV specialized online media advertising agency I-D Media Entertainment GmbH, she led corporate web TV projects for clients such as BMW Financials.
Prior to that she was self-employed as the co-founder of the music- and brand marketing agency Weissgold. Weissgold was offering services such as music-consulting, rights clearances, artist booking for brand events, custom compositions for advertising to brands like NIVEA, Ferrero, Philips and Krombacher.
She started out working in the music industry for Universal Music (former PolyGram) in 1997. In 7 years working for Universal Music, she gained insight in all different marketing areas of the record company. She left Universal Music as Senior Manager Brand Partnerships, after successfully developing long-term partnerships with clients such as BMW, Coca-Cola, Ferrero and Montblanc.
Born in Hamburg, she has lived and worked several years in Berlin, travelled in a car from Berlin to Calcutta and is currently supporting the Spark Marketing team from Seattle in the Pacific Northwest of USA. She has a Bachelor of Media Administration & Communication and a degree in Business & Marketing Management for Audio-Visual-Media.
