Spark Marketing Entertainment offers a groundbreaking service to artists, management companies, brands and the entertainment industry.
LONDON October 4 th, 2004 : A new marketing agency providing innovative and creative ways to market music, movies and other forms of entertainment has been established by two former music industry executives.
Spark Marketing Entertainment is the brainchild of Matthias Bauss, former Director of TV Marketing at Warner Music International’s Strategic Marketing arm, and Patrizia Caruselli, who was International Director of Partnership Marketing and Licensing at WMI.
Spark, which has joint headquarters in London and Zurich , brings different partners together to find new ways of marketing and distributing music and other entertainment forms.
Head of the company’s London office, Bauss says; “We have definitely found a gap in the market. There are many local marketing agencies in each of the major countries but as far as we are aware Spark is the only one specialising in pan-European and international projects. We have the partners around the world and work with specialists in each market.”
Spark offers Artist and Composers who control their own master rights the unique service of exploiting their catalogue across Europe via sponsorships, compilation licensing, synchronisation licensing for movies, TV spots, soundtracks, video games and video/DVD. Furthermore, the exploitation of the catalogue via non-traditional retail outlets such as record clubs, mail order, kiosk, DRTV and all other alternative distribution outlets.
For the Music and Entertainment Industry Spark offers consultancy services in all aspects of secondary catalogue exploitation via TV, Catalogue and Partnership Marketing but also the service of finding appropriate brands to market an artist and develop new revenue streams.
Brands have the opportunity to use Spark as a one-stop-shop for using music in their promotional campaigns.
